Job Summary Our client is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to oversee and enhance the daily clinical operations within 2 to 3 assigned facilities. The key responsibilities include providing patient care, conducting daily rounds, and maintaining clear communication with patients, their families, and community leaders. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Facility Operations: Managing the daily clinical operations across multiple facilities. Patient Care & Rounding: Rounding on-site and attending to 12 to 15 patients daily. Communication & Coordination: Facilitating communication with patients, families, and facility leaders. Qualifications Ability to secure an active Arizona state license and a DEA license (assistance provided). No specific board certifications are required – open to all nursing or PA specialties. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with facility leaders and families. Skills Strong open communication skills. Ability to manage day-to-day facility relationships. Self-management and time organization skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proactive communication capabilities. Additional Requirements M-F standard Clinic hours 8am-5pm with flexibility and autonomy in schedule.
