Desert View Family Medicine is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, adaptable, and interested in contributing to a well-rounded and evolving practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician
- Provide patient education on treatment options and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Support a range of clinical services based on patient and practice needs
- Deliver excellent patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current PA-C certification
- Active state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or dermatology
- Interest in expanding clinical skill sets and participating in additional service offerings
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
