We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team in Chandler for a hybrid locum tenens opportunity starting April 27, 2026. This role focuses on patient consultations, treatment planning, and supporting pain management and rehabilitation care in a structured, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support pain management and rehabilitation care delivery
Perform injections and assist with in-office procedures (training provided)
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and outcomes
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Physician Assistant license in good standing
Experience or interest in primary care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, pain management, or urgent care
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Open to new graduates and experienced providers
