**Schedule:**
Three 12‑hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM – Midnight, seven days a week; rotating weekends and occasional holidays required
* This is a NIGHTS position – Noon – Midnight *** Compensation: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + monthly bonus + $15.00 Night Differential from 4pm – Midnight

**Key Responsibilities**
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
* Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
* Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
* Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)
* Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
* Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
* Code and bill services appropriately
* Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
* Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values
**Required Qualifications**
* Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP | PA
* Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
+ PA: NCCPA certification
+ NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP only)
* Active DEA license
* Ability to treat patients of all ages
* Active BLS certification
* EHR proficiency
* Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
* DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast‑track experience
* Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
* Experience with initial x‑ray interpretation prior to radiology over‑read
