Duties:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests- Collaborate with physicians in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients- Provide counseling and education to patients on various health conditions.- Perform basic life support procedures in emergency situations- Participate in public health initiatives and community outreach programs- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments- Assist in the coordination and management of clinical trials- Utilize electronic medical record systems, such as Ggastro, to document patient encounters
Requirements:- Valid Physician Assistant license in [state/region]- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality- Certification in basic life support (BLS)- Strong understanding of public health principles and practices- Experience in coordinating and managing clinical trials is a plus- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as Ggastro, is preferred- Willingness to travel to satellite clinics weekly
