Full Job Description

Per collaborative agreement

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its growing Urology practice in Tucson, AZ. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient setting while supporting a busy service that provides comprehensive urological care to patients across the region. The position includes a mix of clinic responsibilities, minor procedures, and limited inpatient support, creating a balanced and rewarding practice environment.

Position Highlights

  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00AM–5:00PM
  • Primarily outpatient with some inpatient rounding support
  • Independent patient panel with an average of 18–22 patients per day
  • Perform in-clinic procedures including urodynamics and biopsies

Required: PA licensure; DEA eligible. Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
