Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Outpatient Pain ManagementLocation: Tucson, ArizonaSchedule: Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days | No WeekendsSetting: Outpatient Specialty Clinic – Pain ManagementTravel: Not Required

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (compensation may be higher for seasoned providers)Bonus Plan: Quarterly performance-based incentive

Who We’re Looking For:

You are a dependable and empathetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong interest in pain medicine. Whether you bring years of experience or are eager to learn, you approach complex chronic conditions with diligence and care. You’re skilled in communication, thrive in team-based care, and are comfortable with structured clinical workflows.

In this role, you’ll help patients prepare for and recover from advanced interventional pain procedures such as:

  • Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
  • Epidural Steroid Injections
  • Medial Branch Blocks
  • Kyphoplasty
  • Minuteman Implants

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed patient evaluations and exams
  • Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  • Create and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress, adjust care as needed, and provide education
  • Conduct in-office procedures such as joint or nerve blocks
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and procedural teams
  • Manage medication therapy using PDMP and clinic protocols
  • Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in limited annual on-call rotation (non-clinic hours; once per year)
  • Discharge patients based on compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited NP or PA program (U.S.-based, excluding Puerto Rico)
  • Active Arizona state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • National board certification
  • Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient care is helpful but not mandatory—training is available
