Compensation & Incentive Package
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Opportunity Overview
A leading outpatient interventional pain management clinic in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their dynamic care team. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (four 10-hour shifts), a supportive clinical setting, and a clear focus on delivering high-quality, minimally invasive care to patients with chronic pain conditions.
You’ll work closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team dedicated to personalized, evidence-based treatment approaches in a fully outpatient environment.

You are a capable and compassionate provider with clinical experience or interest in pain management, orthopedics, internal medicine, or a related field. You enjoy collaborative care, value continuity, and bring a thoughtful, procedure-oriented approach to patient management. New graduates with a strong foundation in clinical care and a demonstrated passion for interventional pain medicine are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient evaluations, follow-ups, and peri-procedural assessments
- Analyze diagnostic imaging, lab results, and clinical history to support treatment planning
- Collaborate with pain management physicians to formulate individualized care strategies
- Assist with and perform outpatient procedures such as:
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
- Epidural Steroid Injections
- Medial Branch Blocks
- Kyphoplasty
- Minuteman Device Implantation
- Prescribe and manage medications within the scope of practice and clinical protocol
- Provide patient education around procedures, recovery, and long-term care goals
- Document encounters accurately and promptly in the EHR
- Coordinate discharge plans and ensure care continuity
- Participate in a limited shared after-hours call rotation
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program (U.S.-based only; Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
- Active or eligible for Arizona state licensure as an NP or PA
- National board certification (FNP-C, NP-C, or PA-C)
- DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Current BLS certification
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of experience in interventional pain, orthopedics, or internal medicine
- Strong procedural interest or experience
- EMR proficiency and comfort in a structured outpatient setting
