Physicians Assistant – All Star Health – Tempe Location
We are an integrated clinic working mainly with Musculoskeletal (non-surgical Orthopedic) and Joint Pain patients. We empower our patients to fix the cause of their pain as naturally as possible and reduce the need for surgical interventions! We are looking for an amazing new addition to our team! Our office is a well established (in-network insurance clinic) with a great patient base.
Responsibilities: The Physician Assistant will be responsible for completing HPI’s, Orthopedic Evaluations and Examinations, Treatment Plan Orders, Trigger Point Injections, Small and Large Joint Injections (knee, hip, shoulder, wrists, ankles), Regenerative Medicine Injections, to include blood draws and injections for PRP therapy-Platelet Rich Plasma in addition to Connective Tissue Implants. Ultrasound Neddle Guidance use when necessary. Ultrasound Imaging Diagnostics Utilized for diagnosis confirmations. Allergy Testing with Immunotherapy treatments ordered when appropriate to reduce systemic inflammation. Durable Medical Equipment dispensing.
Duties include:
- Evaluation and Management
- Writing and delivering care plans while collaborating with our multidisciplinary/integrated team
- Overseeing physical therapy protocols (stretching, strengthening, and posture training)
- Allergy testing and immunotherapy
- Evaluating and providing Durable Medical Equipment and home rehab kits along with patient take home recommendations
- Re-examinations to determine progress of care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary/integrated team
- Large Joint and Trigger Point Injections
- Ultrasound Diagnostics
- Ultrasound Neddle Placement
- Acute Care Rx Only
- Imaging Orders
Qualifications
- State of Arizona licensed Physician Assistant/DEA Number
- Medicare Credentialed in Arizona
- 1+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a orthopedics, physical medicine/rehab, pain management and/or chiropractic
- Must have an upbeat personality and a “can-do” attitude with a strong desire to help people live pain free and avoid surgeries
- Must be trainable and willing to learn new systems/procedures
- No opiates are dispensed in this facility
- 3 Day Weekends! No On-Call Required! 4 Day Work Week/10 Hour Shifts
Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 6:30 (lunch hour 12-1/admin time 1-2) Teusday-Wednesday 7:30-5:30 (lunch hour 12:00-1:00)
Quarterly bonus structure in place based on Practice Performance

Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
