Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mid-level Provider to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive health services to our patients, ensuring their well-being and promoting health education. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Order diagnostic tests, including medical imaging and specimen collection processing.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Practice Fusion.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding health concerns and treatment options.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certification and state licensure.
- Experience in personal injury and regenerative medicine settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical imaging processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
