Full Job Description
Gameday Men’s Health – “Helping Men Look, Feel, and Perform Their Best.” – the fastest-growing men’s health clinic networks in the country.
We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), peptides, erectile dysfunction treatment, medical weight management, and PRP therapy for men.
These services address a huge need – by age 40, over 40% of men have Low T, and more than 60% will experience ED at some point in their life. We created Gameday for one simple reason: to give men a world-class health experience and help them feel their best.
Why Gameday? Because we believe men’s healthcare should be inviting, efficient, and even fun. Our clinics are outpatient facilities designed for comfort and speed. Picture an upscale man-cave: flat-screen TVs, plush leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia everywhere you look. That’s the Gameday vibe – a modern, relaxed atmosphere where men feel right at home. And we deliver on efficiency too: with an in-house lab, we provide testosterone results in just 15 minutes, so patients won’t have to wait days for their lab results. Men want fast appointments and effective care, and we deliver on both in our Chandler and Arcadia (Biltmore) clinics!
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in East Valley Phoenix team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of an innovative, fast-paced, and patient-first environment, providing life-changing treatments to men every day. You will lead patient care for those dealing with Low T, ED, weight concerns, PRP hair treatments, peptides, and more – all in a setting that’s a far cry from a typical doctor’s office. If you’re passionate about men’s health and excited to work in a clinic that feels more like a man-cave lounge than a sterile clinic, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and Treat Patients: Perform consultations and health assessments for men with low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and other wellness concerns.
- Provide Testosterone Therapy: Evaluate patients for Low T and, under a supervising physician’s guidance, prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy to optimize hormone levels.
- Provide Peptide Recommendations: Evaluate patients for treatment with peptides, and prescribe and manage peptide therapy.
- Address ED & Sexual Health: Assess patients for erectile dysfunction and create personalized treatment plans – this may include recommending GAINSWave® shockwave therapy, administering the P-Shot® (PRP therapy), or prescribing medications like Viagra, Cialis, or Trimix as appropriate.
- Conduct On-Site Lab Testing: Draw labs and interpret results from our on-site laboratory (with 15-minute testosterone testing!) during the patient visit, allowing for immediate feedback and treatment adjustments.
- Patient Education: Educate men on their health, lab results, and treatment options in a clear, relatable way. You’ll empower patients with knowledge about testosterone health, sexual wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to improve outcomes.
- Perform In-Clinic Treatments: Administer intramuscular testosterone injections, IV therapies, and PRP injections safely and comfortably. (Don’t worry – we provide training on our specific protocols!)
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our Medical Assistant(s) and front office staff to ensure each patient has a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out. A strong team spirit is a must – we pride ourselves on our friendly, supportive clinic environment.
- Maintain Efficient Workflows: Keep patient flow smooth and on-time. Our appointments are designed to be timely (many follow-ups are 10–15 minutes), so you’ll thrive if you can combine speed and quality in your care.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with all federal and state medical regulations. (We run a high-quality operation and expect meticulous, ethical care.)
- Contribute to Growth: As a key provider, you’ll help grow the clinic’s patient base by providing excellent care that patients rave about. We’re a fast-growing company, and your dedication will directly fuel that growth!
Who We’re Looking For – Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed NP or PA in Arizona: You have an active AZ license (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in good standing, and a DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Clinical Experience: 2+ years of experience as an NP or PA is preferred.
- Hormone Therapy Experience is desired, but not 100 % required for the right candidate.
- Passionate about Men’s Health: You are genuinely interested in men’s wellness. You get excited about helping patients regain energy, confidence, and quality of life.
- Innovative & Fast-Paced Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, patient-first environment. Adapting to new treatments and efficient workflows comes naturally to you.
- Excellent Communicator: Talk to patients about sensitive issues like sexual health with empathy, clarity, and make patients feel comfortable and heard.
- Team Player: Work well in a small team setting, collaborating with medical assistants, support staff, and supervising medical assistants. The right candidate will be reliable, respectful, and ready to pitch in to help your teammates.
- Procedurally Skilled (or Eager to Learn): Comfortable with (or willing to learn) procedures like IM injections, IVs, and phlebotomy. If you have experience with PRP injections or ultrasound-guided injections, even better.
- Detail-Oriented & Compliant: You practice medicine safely and by the book – maintaining thorough documentation and following all legal and professional guidelines. (No room for shortcuts when it comes to patient care.)
Why You’ll Love Working at Gameday Men’s Health
- Unique “Man Cave” Clinic Environment: Work in a clinic that’s designed to be comfortable and fun. Enjoy sports on the big screens and a relaxed atmosphere while you practice cutting-edge medicine. It’s a clinic experience unlike any other – for both you and the patients!
- Outpatient Schedule & Work-Life Balance: No hospital rounds, no night shifts, no on-call duties. Daytime position with no weekends, so you can enjoy a great work-life balance.
- Growth Opportunities: Gameday is rapidly expanding (we have locations nationwide), which means career advancement for our team. This role could grow into a Clinic Director or regional lead position as we continue to open new clinics. We love to promote from within!
- Supportive, Patient-First Culture: Join a close-knit team that is passionate about what we do. We prioritize patient satisfaction and outcomes, not bureaucratic paperwork. You’ll have the support and training you need to excel, and the autonomy to focus on quality care.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary with bonus/commission opportunities based on clinic performance. We also take care of our providers by covering 100% of your malpractice insurance, DEA registration, and licensing fees. (Full benefits and additional perks will be detailed in the offer.)
- Make a Real Impact: Over 60% of men will face the issues we treat – by joining Gameday, you’ll make a meaningful difference in our patients’ lives every single day. It’s incredibly rewarding to see men regain their vitality and confidence thanks to your care. “Join our team and truly make a difference in men’s lives!”
