Integrated Medical Clinic with 10 Valley locations has an opening for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our newest location in Surprise!
We are a seeking a motivated and energetic Provider to join our TEAM of medical providers, chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists.
Our primary patient base are patients who seek more natural alternatives to traditional musculoskeletal conditions and overall optimized wellness through our dynamic treatments.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Evaluation and management of the musculoskeletal pain management patient (Non Narcotic)
- Patient evaluation and intake for optimized wellness services
- Motor vehicle evaluation and care
- Physical therapy evaluation
- DME evaluation / dispensing
- Large joint therapies with assistance of ultrasound.
- Trigger Point Injection therapy
- Basic Primary Care/Functional Medicine
- Laboratory evaluation
- Medication adjustment
- Food Sensitivity / Allergy testing
- IV Nutrient Therapy
- Weight loss management
- Hormone Replacement
- Neuropathy Treatment
- Regenerative Medicine
Compensation:
- Starting 100-125K DOE + Bonuses

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
