Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: RVU-based bonus structure

About the OpportunityJoin a respected and well-established adult primary care clinic in Sun City, AZ. Our outpatient practice focuses on Medicare patients, emphasizing preventive care and chronic disease management. What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in adult or geriatric primary care. You are confident managing chronic conditions, committed to patient education, and excel in delivering thorough, proactive care. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct wellness visits, physical exams, and preventive health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses within scope of practice
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
- Prescribe and adjust medications as clinically appropriate
- Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease self-management, and medication adherence
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly using EHR
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in clinical quality and compliance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active (or eligible) Arizona license—must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Current DEA registration or eligibility
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in adult primary care, internal medicine, or geriatrics preferred
