Responsibilities
- Perform neurological evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage a range of conditions such as epilepsy, dementia, multiple sclerosis, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, and sleep apnea
- Review and interpret diagnostic tests including EEGs, MRIs, EMGs, and sleep studies
- Initiate and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs
- Prescribe and monitor medications based on evidence-based protocols
- Educate patients on diagnosis, therapy adherence, and lifestyle changes
- Ensure detailed and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
- Stay informed about developments in neurology and sleep research
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible)
- Active Arizona NP or PA license (or ability to secure before start date)
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Experience in neurology, sleep medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics preferred
- DEA license or eligibility to obtain
- Competent with EMR systems and patient documentation
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 annually, dependent on experience
- Bonus: Incentive-based (productivity or collections model)
