Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological exams and health assessments for patients
• Manage and treat conditions like migraines, seizure disorders, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, sleep apnea, and more
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEGs, MRIs, EMGs, and polysomnograms
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses in line with best practices
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients on their diagnoses, disease management, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic’s EMR system
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and external providers to ensure coordinated patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in neurology and sleep medicine

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (U.S.-based, excluding Puerto Rico)
• Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
• Board certification (NP or PA-C)
• Experience in neurology, sleep medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics is preferred
• DEA certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proficient in EMR and possess strong communication skills
• A passion for patient education, disease management, and continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Incentive Plan: Performance-based or collections-based bonus structure
