Position Summary
A respected outpatient clinic in Sun City, AZ is actively seeking an experienced or motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its neurology and sleep medicine team. This is a full-time, weekday-only position with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in managing a broad range of neurological and sleep-related conditions, while benefiting from structured mentorship and a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with neurological and sleep-related symptoms
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as:
- Migraines and chronic headaches
- Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders
- Epilepsy, dementia, cognitive decline, and multiple sclerosis
- Sleep apnea, hypersomnia, and related disorders
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies (MRI, EEG, EMG, sleep studies)
- Develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings
- Adjust therapies and medications as needed in alignment with treatment protocols
- Educate patients and families on condition management and wellness strategies
- Document encounters and care plans in the EMR
- Coordinate care with physicians, technicians, and allied health professionals
- Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
- Active Arizona license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Excellent clinical communication and EMR documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in neurology, sleep medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics
- Familiarity with neurological diagnostics and care pathways
- Strong interest in developing expertise in a subspecialty clinic
- Patient-centered approach and commitment to evidence-based care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (dependent on experience)
- Incentive Bonus: Collections or productivity-based
