Job OverviewUnique opportunity to create a position the way you see fit. Due to sooner-than-expected growth, we are starting a preliminary search to find an experienced dermatology trained Physician Assistant to join our small team. You will work closely with 2 experienced physicians as the 3rd provider in the group, focusing on patient oriented dermatological service. Not owned by private equity, we seek to return to a patient-centered approach to medicine with empathy and care.

Along with current growth, we expect continued growth to come. We are looking for a part time Physician Extender to build a practice and grow with us. You can create your own schedule and hours. Initially, this will be a slow start with a gradual ramp up to as many hours per week as you would like. Our private clinic is based out of 2 locations with a small 3rd travel clinic very close to our 2nd location.

Duties

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, in close collaboration with and alongside two physicians in the group.
• High interest in cosmetics due to demand, and lack of a cosmetic provider.
• Focus on general dermatology, with the option for surgical training if desired.
• Clinical procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current with advancements in public health practices and participate in continuous education opportunities.

Ability to practice the way you see fit, with the possibility to create your own schedule and hours. Sufficient staffing support will be provided. We work in a calm low-key environment, and we seek people of like-mind.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
