Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
- Bonus Opportunity: Available; current APPs earn between $200,000 – $225,000 annually

Role SummaryAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you will evaluate and manage ENT-related conditions in an outpatient setting. You’ll work both autonomously and collaboratively alongside experienced ENT physicians. The majority of the patient population is adult and Medicare-aged, though pediatric cases may be seen.
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT disorders
- Perform or assist with in-office ENT procedures such as:
- Flexible and rigid endoscopy
- Cerumen removal
- Nasal and sinus debridement
- Coordinate surgical referrals and specialty consultations
- Maintain complete and timely documentation within the EHR (eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Participate in limited triage-only call rotation
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current with CME, certification, and licensure requirements
QualificationsRequired:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in otolaryngology
Preferred:
- Experience in ENT oncology (e.g., thyroid disorders, head and neck cancers)
- Pediatric ENT experience is a plus
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EHR
- Comfortable with patient volumes of 15–25 per day
- Strong procedural skills or willingness to grow in procedural competencies
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to clinical quality and patient satisfaction
