Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician’s Assistant specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic procedures, plastic surgery, and patient care within a clinical setting. You will support our surgical team with pre and post operative patient care and deliver high-quality injectable, laser , GLP1, HRT services within our medspa.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and follow-up visits for plastic surgery patients
- Perform GLP-1 weight management consultations and monitoring
- Provide HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) assessments, pellet insertion and ongoing care
- Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with confidence and precision
- Perform surgical & non-surgical procedures such as Aveli and laser treatments
- Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and clinical staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience
- Oversee and audit accurate documentation and uphold compliance with all medical and safety standards for Quad A Accreditation facility
- Manage pre and post-procedure patient care, including pain management, and follow-up on-call evaluations to ensure optimal recovery.
- Document all clinical activities accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Patient Now, Touch MD and Symplast experience a plus), maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona
- Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or medspa required
- Proficient in injectables (neurotoxins & fillers)
- Experience with Morpheus8, Aveli, and laser platforms strongly preferred
- Strong patient-centric communication style and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems platforms for efficient data management.
- Extensive experience administering injections and performing physical examinations with a focus on anatomy knowledge and aseptic technique.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and diagnostic evaluation methods relevant to plastic surgery and aesthetics.
- Ability to perform suturing skills efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and infection control practices.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
