We are a modern, advanced Internal Medicine/Primary Care clinic experiencing rapid growth. Our collaborative team includes two internal medicine MDs, and one Family Nurse Practitioner, and we care for patients of all ages using evidence-based, patient-centered medicine.
We are licensed to provide care in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Florida, with plans for continued multi-state expansion.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates looking for strong physician support, mentorship, and long-term growth, as well as experienced providers seeking a dynamic multi-state practice environment. The ideal candidate is clinically curious, adaptable, and open to obtaining additional state licensure as the practice expands.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventative care, health maintenance, and patient education
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Collaborate closely with MDs and APP colleagues
- Maintain accurate, time medical documentation
- Practice in accordance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an CCNE/ACEN and/or ARC-PA accredited NP/PA program
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Eligible for and/or currently licensed in the State of Arizona
- Willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in CA, CO, and FL (support provided)
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- Comfort caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- New graduates encouraged to apply

Schedule
- Full-time preferred
- Monday-Friday with predictable scheduling
- No hospital rounding required

Pay: $109,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
