Full Job Description
New Graduate Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants – We Want You
This role was intentionally designed with new graduate providers in mind. Our pain management practice operates using clear clinical guidelines, standardized order sets, and evidence-based protocols, allowing you to focus on learning, patient care, and building confidence rather than navigating uncertainty. You will work alongside an experienced interventional pain physician and a supportive clinical team that values teaching, mentorship, and consistency.
You will not be expected to manage complex cases independently without support. Training and collaboration are built into the workflow, and clinical decision-making is guided by well-established processes. If you are a new graduate who thrives in structured environments, follows guidelines well, and wants a role where expectations are clear and manageable, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in pain management with confidence.
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
