SEEKING: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
We are a busy and growing family-owned primary care practice seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and we provide structured onboarding and full training to ensure you are confident and comfortable practicing independently.
We are seeking a provider who is interested in a long-term role with a minimum two-year commitment, and who values continuity of care, team collaboration, and building lasting relationships with patients and staff.
We are an approved HRSA and Nurse Corps site, making this position eligible for tuition loan repayment programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
- Prescribe medications, vaccinations, and treatments
- Educate patients on diagnoses, test results, and individualized care plans
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Patient Volume: 18-23 patients per day
- Support: Dedicated Medical Assistant for rooming, orders, and administrative support
- Care Model: Combination of in-office and telehealth visits
- Technology-Driven: AI-assisted documentation tools to support patient-focused care and timely chart completion

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Primary care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)

- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and documentation standards
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Current Board Certification (PA-C or FNP)
- Active Arizona state license
- Current DEA license
- Current BLS certification
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
