Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team specializing in bone and soft tissue sarcomas and melanomas. This role is ideal for a PA with solid tumor experience and a minimum of 2 years in Medical Oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inpatient admissions of adult sarcoma patients for chemotherapy.
Maintain an outpatient clinic schedule supporting one physician’s Sarcoma and Melanoma practice.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Potential opportunity to work with the melanoma TILS program.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Oncology, specifically with solid tumors.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the State AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications:

Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required

Experience with clinical trial protocols is preferred.
Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
