Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pain management or personal injury settings and thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will play an essential role in evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and supporting their recovery journey from injury through restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, focusing on musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions.
  • Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and assist in creating individualized care plans.
  • Administer or assist with therapeutic injections, trigger point injections, and other interventional procedures (depending on scope of practice and training).
  • Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate, timely medical records.
  • Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Participate in case reviews and provide medical insight for personal injury claims when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Arizona.
  • NCCPA certification required.
  • Preferred experience: 1–3+ years in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or personal injury medicine.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
