As a Physician Assistant with AFC of Phoenix your work can have Purpose. You will connect your patients to an integrated, holistic approach to healing, helping them to get off medication, avoid surgery and restore their health!

You are most likely a fit if …

  • You are an active Arizona licensed Physician Assistant with DEA number.
  • You have Integrity – commitment to maintaining a positive attitude, compassion and fostering lasting relationships with your patients while helping them live better.
  • You utilize Creativity – thinking outside the box and combining innovation, humor, and originality to provide a care plan tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

  • You are not open to a broader holistic approach, incorporating chiropractic care & lifestyle modifications rather than prescribing medication.
  • You not local or LICENSED

Typical activities include the following:

  • Evaluation and Management
  • Writing and delivering Plans of Care
  • Large Joint and Trigger Point Injections, utilizing botanical anti-inflammatories rather than steroids or cortisone
  • Primary care visits
  • Nutritional consultations and recommendations
  • Allergy testing
  • Overseeing simple physical therapy protocols (stretching, strengthening and posture training)
  • Evaluating and providing Durable Medical Equipment and home rehab kits along with home recommendations
  • Re-examinations to determine progress of care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
