Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner– Orthopedic Surgery (office-based, non-surgical)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (occasional travel may be needed)
Schedule: part-time/per diem with growth potential
Travel: 100% paid travel when required
The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a top orthopedic surgeon in a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment without the stress of hospital call, nights, or weekends. The role offers long-term growth as the Phoenix practice expands and is ideal for clinicians who enjoy hands-on patient care and value predictability in their schedule.
Weekly Rhythm:
- Tuesdays: Clinical care in Phoenix.
- Monday, Wednesday or Thursday (occasional): Clinical care in San Diego or San Jose
· Travel: Fully paid round-trip flights for same-day travel (no overnight stays required)
· Training: Initial onboarding in San Diego

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care in a busy orthopedic clinic.
- Conduct routine patient examinations and follow-ups
- Administer injections
- Document efficiently in our user-friendly EMR system
- Collaborate with the physician and clinical team.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Arizona PA or NP license.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to San Diego or San Jose (day trips only).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
- Spanish fluency is a plus (but not required)
- Orthopedic experience preferred but not required – we train new graduates
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence
Compensation & Hours
- Status: Per diem with a guaranteed minimum of 8 paid hours per scheduled workday.
- Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable based on experience and skill set.
