Position: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Palliative Care ServicesLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaType: Full Time/Part Time/Per-Diem/PRN

Role:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Bilingual (Spanish/English) NP/PA to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive palliative care to our diverse patient population, both in outpatient settings and in their homes. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will be essential in addressing the unique needs of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide symptom management, emotional support, and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences in care planning.
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Active NP or PA license in AZ.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience in palliative care or a strong interest in this field (will train new grad)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
