Nurse Practitioner / Physician AssistantPhoenix, AZ (Multiple Locations) | Full-Time | $110K–$135K + Benefits

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing, patient-centered outpatient clinic specializing in minimally invasive treatments for chronic pain. You’ll be working directly with patients, helping them regain their quality of life—one treatment at a time.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the lead physician on complex cases
• Educate and support patients throughout their care journey
• Help optimize clinic operations for even better outcomes

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a licensed NP or PA
• Arizona state license + BLS/ACLS certifications
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred—but not mandatory
• Ability to travel locally between clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits
