Position SummaryA mission-driven women’s health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife) to join its dedicated care team. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule, with flexibility for a four-day workweek, and provides the opportunity to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care across a wide spectrum of gynecologic and obstetric services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope gynecologic and obstetric care for women of all ages
- Conduct wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, and fertility assessments
- Manage prenatal and postnatal care alongside supervising physicians
- Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices
- Support patients through transitional life stages including menopause
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing clinical development
Qualifications
- Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based advanced practice program (NP, PA, or CNM)
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in OBGYN or women’s health
- Proficiency in both gynecologic and obstetric care
- Strong communication and diagnostic skills
- Preferred: Spanish language proficiency (not required)
