Position Available: Advanced Practice Provider – NP / PA / CNM (Women’s Health / OBGYN)Location: Phoenix, ArizonaSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAlternative four-day schedule available for the right candidatePractice Setting: Outpatient Women’s Health & OBGYN ClinicCompensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually, based on experience

About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife) to join our dedicated outpatient obstetrics and gynecology team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to provide holistic, relationship-based care in a supportive and well-structured clinical environment. With a Monday–Friday schedule (or flexible four-day option), this role offers both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prenatal, postnatal, and routine gynecologic care
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and design individualized care plans
  • Perform wellness screenings and manage gynecologic conditions
  • Educate patients on contraception, fertility, menopause, and preventive strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Document all clinical encounters clearly and timely in the EHR
  • Participate in clinical quality initiatives and CME activities

Required Qualifications

  • Active license in Arizona as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP, PA, or CNM program
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a women’s health or OBGYN setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in gynecologic and obstetric care
  • Excellent interpersonal, clinical documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required
