Position: Part-Time Physician Assistant
Compensation: $60/hr
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8–10 hour shifts

Position Summary
We’re seeking a part-time PA-C to partner directly with our physician in delivering high-quality family medicine care — with a mix of in-person and telemedicine responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a PA who values autonomy, continuity, and a slower, more humane pace of practice.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist supervising physician in day-to-day patient care
Perform assessments, follow-ups, and clinical decision-making within scope of practice
Complete patient charting, documentation, and EMR tasks (Elation EMR)
Manage daily prescription refill requests according to clinic protocols
Provide telemedicine support for weight loss and hormone management patients (training provided)
Follow clinic workflows for messaging, labs, orders, and routing tasks
Support the clinic’s mission of accessible, patient-centered, insurance-free care

Requirements
Current PA-C license in Arizona
Current DEA registration
Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
Comfortable with technology and EMR use
Compassionate, patient-focused communication style
Interest in integrative medicine, metabolic health, or hormone therapy is a plus but not required
