Full Job Description
- POSITION SUMMARY
The Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant will be responsible for providing preventive and acute health care services to patients ranging in age from 18 to geriatrics. The NP/PA will evaluate complex health histories and provide examinations, diagnose and treat from acute to chronic conditions of the patients otherwise performed by a physician. In addition, interprets laboratory results and X-rays, prescribe and manage medications and other therapies, provide health teaching and counseling to support healthy lifestyle behaviors, prevent illness and refer patients to other professionals as needed. The NP/PA provides high-quality, cost –effective and individualized care for the patients, families and communities.
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Minimum: A NP/PA who is currently licensed to practice in Arizona, in good standing, by the state of employment Required: Endocrinology and or Diabetes Experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year Benefits:
