We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to contribute to our mission of improving lives through responsible, effective pain relief.

Who You AreYou are a licensed and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider with proven experience in pain management or orthopedic spine care. You thrive in a fast-paced, outpatient setting, bring strong clinical acumen, and prioritize patient well-being. You’re a clear communicator, a dependable teammate, and someone who values a respectful and collaborative care model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough physical exams and gather detailed patient histories
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans for chronic pain patients
  • Evaluate and manage pain using a range of modalities
  • Assist with or perform interventional procedures such as:
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Medial branch blocks
  • Radiofrequency ablation
  • Vertebral augmentation
  • Spinal cord stimulator trials
  • Vertiflex
  • MILD procedures
  • Interpret diagnostic results and labs to guide clinical decisions
  • Prescribe and manage medications in compliance with pain management protocols
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR system
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Completion of a U.S.-based accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not eligible)
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PA
  • DEA license with Schedule II–IV privileges
  • Prior experience in chronic pain management, spine, or orthopedic specialties preferred
