This role provides a structured weekday schedule, a high level of autonomy, and exposure to leading-edge procedures—with minimal emphasis on medication-only cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and obtain detailed medical histories
- Develop and execute care plans for chronic and acute pain syndromes
- Independently or jointly perform and assist in interventional procedures, such as:
- Epidural Steroid Injections
- Medial Branch Blocks and RFA
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
- Vertebral Augmentation, MILD, and Vertiflex
- Order, interpret, and act on imaging and lab studies
- Prescribe medications within appropriate scope and regulatory compliance
- Document all encounters accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and ancillary providers to ensure continuity of care
Candidate Qualifications
- Graduate of a U.S.-based, accredited NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
- Active and unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PA
- DEA license with Schedule II–IV authority
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in interventional pain, spine, orthopedics, or related specialty
- Familiarity with pain procedures and treatment pathways
- Strong communication skills, clinical decision-making, and patient rapport
