Position: VITAL AZ Concierge Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Mesa, AZ
Are you a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact on children’s health? VITAL AZ is seeking a compassionate and experienced healthcare professional to join our concierge pediatric service. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pediatric care to our patients in housecall and clinic setting.
- Offer weekday availability for text and phone calls to address families’ concerns.
- Maintain concise and user-friendly EMR (no insurance billing).
- Conduct 30-minute sick and well visits.
- Conduct 60-minute newborn visits.
- No walk in’s

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona.
- Pediatric specialization and experience preferred.
