Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8–13-week temporary contracts are available! Pay rates range from $65.00-$77.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.
NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA-OBGYN:
- Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the physiological, psychological and emotional needs of the patients
- Obtain history and perform a physical examination to determine patient health status
- Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement treatment plans
- Identify patient health conditions and prescribe treatment based on diagnosis
- Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
- Admit and discharge patients from all units in the facility
- Conduct rounds
- Schedule and perform laboratory and diagnostic procedures
Qualifications:
Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA-OBGYN:
- Current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona
- Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practioner (WHNP) or PA
- Consideration for FNP, with strong Women’s Health direct experience
- Current DEA registration
- Appropriate collaborative agreement with the on-site Physician
- Valid CPR card
- Minimum of 1 year experience in primary care with correctional healthcare preferred
