We’re looking for a part-time Medical Providerto join our expanding team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.
Preferred Experience:
- Primary Care: 5+ years
- Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
- Weight Loss: 2+ years
- Functional Medicine: 2+ years
Role Details
- Type: Part-time, Contract
- Pay: $75 – $85 PA-C/NP, $100 – $120 MD/DO per hour
- Hours: 12 – 30 hours per week
- Location: In person (Goodyear and Glendale locations)
