Full Job Description
Seeking a part time Physician Assistant/ Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Gilbert, AZ.This is a multi disciplinary clinic. Need to be able to treat regular patients and work related injury patients independently with all health conditions. Be able to do weight loss management, hormones treatment, joint and trigger point injections as needed. Be willing to train and treat diabetes infusion treatments.
The ideal candidate will perform exams, evaluate clinical data, collaborate care plans with our team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient’s care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/physical med and rehab or pain management background would be a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Also diabetes infusion program will be administered as a sole responsibility if needed. This is not a high volume patient treatment center. Training will be provided. Must be confident and able to work independently
