Provide medical care at an Integrated Wellness Chiropractic practice
Description
We are an integrated clinic providing pain management and wellness plans for our patients through chiropractic care and alternative treatments. We are seeking a NP/PA who can administer IM trigger point injections as needed, as well as vitamin, HRT and peptide therapies in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with patients’ health goals and expectations
- Perform comprehensive health histories and physical exams
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and imaging
- Develop and explain individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, supplements, or botanical therapies in line with regulations
- Provide treatments for neuropathy, weight loss, prescribing etc. and oversee treatment sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate charting and logging (within 24 hours)
- Make appropriate specialist referrals
- Participate in clinical meetings, training, and peer reviews
- Contribute to ongoing protocol development and clinical research efforts
- Deliver outstanding patient experiences that lead to trust, retention, and referrals
- Maintain licensing and prescribing duties by ensuring renewals and required continued education is completed.
- Practice in a safe and compliant manner, in accordance to practice policies & protocols as well as your state/national regulatory licensing guidelines.
- We are one of only two clinics in the East valley to have a Softwave TRT machine that we’d want you to get trained on to provide relief for joint pain, and other ailments as needed. Other duties would include learning our neuropathy protocols and providing assessments and treatments for patients.

This is a part-time position of @ 25 hours, but with the potential to increase to 4 days/week.
Hours are M, W, Th from 8:30am – 6pm.

Qualifications:
- Must have active medical license in Arizona, license must be in good standing
- 2 years of medical experience preferred
- Must have or obtain an active DEA
- Must have basic proficiency in EHR system and computer skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy for ultrasound guided injections and Softwave treatments
- Passion for wellness and natural health approaches
- Friendly personality, “can-do” attitude, team player mindset is essential.
- Fluent in Spanish would be helpful, but not required.

Salary
$65 – $75 per hour
