Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Locations: Chandler, AZ

Compensation: $120k – $150k (Depending on experience) Plus Bonus

Benefits: $1200 CME, 2 Weeks PTO 1 Week Sick (increases annually), Malpractice, License Reimbursement, Pension Plan, Health/Dent/Vis

Job Description:

Our endocrinology clinic in Chandler is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering personalized and comprehensive healthcare services.

Our practice currently operates mostly telemedicine but will be having more in person visits come 2024. The person should be comfortable with both telemed and in person visits. Currently we use virtual assistants for the telemedicine visits instead of in person support staff.

This position will be scheduled 3 patients per hour max, leaving a 15 minute buffer to spend extra time with patients or chart, whichever is needed. Patient care and experience is truly our main focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Diagnose and treat patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and patient education
  • Collaborate with the supervising physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care
  • Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in endocrinology

Qualifications:

  • Valid AZ State License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in endocrinology or a strong interest in the specialty
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
