Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) / Medical Doctor (MD) – Mobile Joint Injections & IV Therapy

Position Type: Contract, Part-Time, PRN

Location: Mobile / In-Person Procedures

IMMEDIATE PATIENT NEED NOTICE

We currently have an active local patient pipeline in Foley, AL requiring immediate mobile, in-person clinical services.

Our current patient orders include:

• Patient 1: IV Therapy only.
• Patient 2: In-person Joint Injections (L Shoulder, R Ankle/Foot) + IV Therapy.

Candidates applying for this region must be licensed in Alabama and experienced in administering independent joint/musculoskeletal injections as well as peripheral vascular access.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Doctor (MD) to provide mobile joint injection services, advanced wellness therapies, and clinical consultation support for our growing mobile healthcare practice. This role offers total flexibility through a combination of remote patient oversight and in-person procedures performed directly at the patient’s location (homes, offices, or hotels) in the Foley region.

Responsibilities

Joint Injection & Mobile IV Services

• Perform specialized in-person joint injections and appropriate musculoskeletal procedures based on clinical assessment.
• Perform safe, efficient, and comfortable peripheral IV line insertions and administer IV fluids, vitamins, and medications.
• Perform patient evaluations and review medical histories to clear/authorize custom IV therapy and injection protocols.
• Provide clinical guidance and patient education regarding post-injection care and expected outcomes.
• Accurately document patient encounters, treatments administered, and care plans.

Clinical Consultation & Oversight

• Maintain excellent, prompt communication with the internal AMIV operations and care coordination team.
• Assist with maintaining best practices and delivering concierge-level VIP patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Doctor (MD) license in the State of Alabama.
• Exceptional expertise in quick and comfortable IV placement and vascular access.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, mobile care environment.

Position Structure

• Role Type: Independent Contractor (1099 / PRN).
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling with no mandatory minimum hours or required shifts.
• Supplies: All medical products, specialized injection protocols, and supplies are provided and drop-shipped directly prior to scheduled treatments.

Pay: $100.00 – $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
