Locums – Longview, Washington, NP/PA Urology Opening Start Date: ASAP Assignment Duration: 26 weeks FTE: 1.0 Schedule Details: Monday-Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8-hour shifts Reason for Coverage: Gap in coverage Practice Setting: Hospital and Clinic Working at: Medical CenterUrology Clinic (approximately 1 mile away) Both hospital and clinic privileges required. Patient Population: Ages 17+ Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients per day Responsibilities: Annual follow-up and medication refill visitsDiagnose and treat erectile dysfunctionEvaluate and manage kidney stonesManage male incontinencePerform cystoscopiesStandard urology procedures in the clinic and operating room If a surgical PA: Hospital roundingSurgical assisting If a non-surgical PA: Clinic responsibilities only Physician Assistants will work collaboratively with the supervising physician.
