Focus on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, physician-led environment! What We Offer: Physician-led, supportive practice environment Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 – $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office) Benefits within your first 30 days (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible) Available benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short Term Disability, Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account, Fraud Protection, Legal, Pet and other miscellaneous Generous PTO policy + 9 paid holidays 401k match + profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Wellness program Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Emphasis on work-life balance Modern facilities and integrated care teams Opportunity: Monday-Friday clinic hours No nights, weekends, or holidays Outpatient focused clinical practice Part-time openings Part-time opening is 30 hours per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-3p Fulltime opening (NPs only, sorry no PAs) Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Day-to-Day: Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partners Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen) Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives Qualifications: Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility) Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility) 3+ years’ experience preferred Medicare Advantage panel management experience a plus Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians How to Apply: To apply, please visit: A Recognized Leader in Using Technology in Healthcare and Physician Accountability for Both Quality and Cost-of-Care Esse Health Esse Health offers physicians a better way to practice medicineone built on physician ownership, meaningful influence, strong operational support, and long-term career satisfaction.
