We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nationas most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located in our North and East Regions specializing in Cutaneous (Skin) Surgical Oncology, collaborating with Dr. Jeff Wagner and Dr. Adam Riker. Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking a passionate Advanced Practice Provider with a strong interest in malignant melanoma and other cutaneous malignancies to join our established surgical oncology program in the vibrant city of Indianapolis. This position will be based primarily on the north side of Indianapolis at Community Hospital North. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach to patient care, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The role will focus predominantly on Cutaneous Surgical Oncology, with some exposure to and involvement in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
