**Company Description**

**Ideal candidate:**
• 2+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience treating
**spine, orthopedic, and/or sports medicine patients**
• Experience performing joint and soft-tissue injections preferred
• Experience with
**ultrasound-guided injections**
is a plus but not mandatory; additional training will be provided
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Team-oriented and interested in developing a long-term role within a growing practice
**Responsibilities include:**
• Evaluating and managing patients with spine, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions in solely outpatient clinic
• Performing
**joint, bursal, and soft-tissue injections**
• Performing and developing expertise in
**ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections**
• Patient education and development of individualized treatment plans
• Working closely with the physician and clinical team to provide high-quality nonsurgical musculoskeletal care
**Qualifications**
* Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina, with appropriate national certification (PA-C or NP) and eligibility for prescriptive authority.
* Clinical experience or strong interest in nonsurgical spine care, musculoskeletal medicine, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or orthopedics.
* Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions.
* Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results and apply evidence-based guidelines to patient management.
* Strong communication, patient education, and counseling skills, with a commitment to shared decision-making and compassionate care.
* Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment with physicians, therapists, and other health professionals.
* Solid organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation in electronic health records and attention to detail.
* Willingness to participate in continuous learning, quality improvement, and practice development initiatives.
* CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification and prior outpatient or sports medicine clinic experience preferred but not mandatory
* Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program; prior experience in spine, sports medicine, or orthopedics is highly desirable but not mandatory
