Pivotal Health and Rehab offers whole body care to keep patients healthy and active. Join us in the efforts to help manage and improve a variety of conditions that cause our patients pain and interferes with the daily lives.
In this role, you will perform a wide array of services and treatments including but not limited to ultrasound guided injections, nerve block injections, H&P evaluations, and respond to post procedure phone calls and emergencies. You can learn procedures from a MD with 20+ years of experience.
If you are a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant who wants to improve their patients quality of life, has a positive bedside manner, and is great at communicating, this is the opportunity for you.

Required:
- Must have valid PA/NP License License in state of South Carolina.
- Must be a team player with exceptional bedside manner.
- Motivated to work in a fast paced setting.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willing to travel to all offices, as necessary.
