Summary
The Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the Dan L. Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking its second advanced practice provider in gynecologic oncology at the assistant professor level.
The successful candidate will join a growing academic gynecologic oncology program committed to providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and innovative care to patients with gynecologic malignancies and complex benign gynecology.
Job Duties
- Full-time outpatient Advanced Practice Provider role – 5-day work week position
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, follow-up visits, and ongoing treatment support including gynecologic cancer patients on chemotherapy, postoperative patients, and survivorship patients
- Collaborate closely with a team of five gynecologic oncologists and one advanced practitioner
- Support patients throughout the continuum of cancer care, including symptom management and treatment education
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Required: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Certification/Licenses/Registration: Required: Current licensing as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
