The quality and experience of our multidisciplinary team are reflected in consistently high patient satisfaction and outstanding outcomes reported through the Vermont Oxford Network.Unit Highlights23 total beds, including 19 private rooms and 4 rooms for multiplesEstablished team of 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and 4 NeonatologistsApproximately 300 NICU admissions annuallyLevel III NICU with state-of-the-art medical technologyLow associate turnoverExcellent teamwork and a highly collaborative environmentExperienced, compassionate multidisciplinary teamStrong commitment to family-centered neonatal careSchedule & Position DetailsThis is primarily a salaried, full-time opportunity working 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.
