A well-established primary care practice in Brewster, Washington, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a close-knit team providing comprehensive care in a state-of-the-art clinic. Position Highlights: Full-time Family Medicine NP or PA opportunity Choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour work schedule Clinic open Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Join a team of 1 physician and 1 APP Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art primary care clinic Collaborative environment working alongside physicians and other APPs Government site qualified with HPSA Score of 16 Mentoring program available Compensation/Benefits: $138K–$160K base salary, depending on experience RVU-based bonus opportunity Signing bonus Matching 401(k) Life insurance and long-term disability insurance Internal student loan repayment assistance up to $24K $5K relocation stipend paid in the first paycheck $5K CME allowance every two years Generous healthcare benefits Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NP/PA experience preferred Ability to obtain an active Washington State license Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other APPs Strong, compassionate communication skills for educating patients and families Thorough documentation and comprehensive patient record management Spanish-speaking skills preferred Location & Lifestyle: Located in the scenic Columbia River Valley of north central Washington, Brewster offers a relaxed small-town lifestyle surrounded by mountains, rivers, orchards and abundant outdoor recreation.
