We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy, fast-paced Internal Medicine practice in Lehigh Acres, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy patient schedule while maintaining a high standard of care. Position Details Position: ARNP / PA – Internal Medicine Location: Lehigh Acres, Florida Employment: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: Approximately 20-25 patients per day Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in an Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting. Provide comprehensive management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care. Participate in chronic care management and preventive healthcare services. Manage a busy patient schedule while maintaining quality and compassionate patient care. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive health. Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and strong leadership within the healthcare team. Qualifications & Requirements Current ARNP/NP or PA license eligible to practice in Florida. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care. . Strong experience with chronic care management. Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. EClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR experience is a plus. Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced medical office. Strong team-player mentality with demonstrated leadership skills.
